Today, I created a brand new LinkedIn group, Charles Krugel’s Labor & Employment Law & Human Resources Practice Group.

The concept is simple, a free and open discussion of labor & employment law & human resources issues among businesses, practitioners & professionals.  The usual disclaimer that legal advice & counsel is not offered via the group, nor is an attorney-client relationship established via participation applies to this group.

I’ve already posted 3 articles concerning the proposed Employee Free Choice Act (AKA Card Check Law) and its POSSIBLE impact on business (aside from the current hype).
