On November 10, 2005, in my capacity as Director of Legal & Compliance Services for The Human Resource Store, I will be presenting “Handling Employee Disruptive Behavior” at the Northern Illinois Society of Human Resources Management’s (NISHRM) Legal Update luncheon. My part of the presentation will be an hour-long discussion (emphasis on Q & A) concerning disruptive behavior, civility policies, workplace codes of conduct, diversity issues impacting on workplace civility, documentation and workplace security. This will be in conjunction with other presenters who will be discussing other legal and human resources issues.
